What standards do you follow when maintaining pools?
We follow Florida Department of Health pool water chemistry guidelines and manufacturer specs for every piece of equipment we service. Every visit includes testing and balancing free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid, the five numbers that actually matter for a safe, clear pool.What does weekly pool service include?
On our Full Pool Service plan, every visit includes all standard chemicals, a full water chemistry test and adjustment, surface and bottom netting, brushing of steps and tile, emptying all baskets, backwash/vacuum as needed, and a full visual inspection of your pump, filter, and equipment. You'll get a digital report emailed to you after every visit with pictures so you always know what was done.How often should my pool be serviced?
In South Florida climate, weekly service is the standard. Florida heat, sun, and summer rain throw pool chemistry out of balance fast, and algae can bloom in just a few days during the warm months. Less-frequent service usually means paying more later for chemicals, repairs, or a full green-pool cleanup.Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to your pool through a gate code, lockbox, or unlocked side gate, you don't need to be home. We'll email your service report when we're done, so you know exactly what was checked and treated.Can you help if my pool turns green?
Yes. We handle green-pool recovery as a one-time service, usually 2 weeks of targeted treatments, brushing, vacuuming, and filter cleaning depending on how severe the bloom is. Once it's clear, we can put you on a weekly plan to keep it that way. Call or text us a photo of the pool and we'll give you a quote the same day.
